4 to 5 Tblspn Sugar
1/2 Tblspn Butter
A handful of Nuts(Cashew,Almonds)
- Melt butter in a pan.
- Add sugar and caramelise until light brown.
- Now add the nuts to this.
- Saute again for 2 to 3 minutes until a bit more thick brown color.
- Then off the flame.
- While it sets,it should be taken out and roughly crushed using a grinder or a course grinding stone.
